William G. Zeallear

William G. Zeallear, age 78, of Columbus, Ohio, passed away on Friday, June 3, 2022.  Born in Columbus to the late Mary and William W. Zeallear, he was a graduate of Columbus South High School.  Bill was a veteran of the United States Army, having served as a Tracking and Plotting Radio Operator with the 196^th Light Infantry Brigade, 82^nd Airborne Division and 173^rd Airborne Division during the Vietnam War.  He was preceded in death by his wife Beth Zeallear.  Bill is survived by his sister Karen Martin, his sons William M. Zeallear and Brian K. (Lucy) Zeallear, girlfriend Deborah Bernsdorff, grandchildren Nicholas Zeallear, Meredith Zeallear, Ella Zeallear and Noah Zeallear, former spouse Marilyn (Bud) Oldham, step-children: Tami (Mike) Rausch, Todd (Kathy) Kise and Mark (Susan) Kise, step-grandchildren: Kylin Rausch, Ryan (Brooke) Rausch, Maggie Kise, Katie Kise, Matthew Kise and Elizabeth Kise, and many loving nieces, nephews, family members and friends.  Family will receive friends from 11:00a.m.-1:00p.m. WEDNESDAY, JUNE 8, 2022 at the TIDD FAMILY FUNERAL HOME, 5265 Norwich Street, Hilliard, OH 43026 (614)-876-1722 where his Funeral Service will follow the visitation and begin at 1:00p.m. WEDNESDAY with Pastor Doug McCoy, officiating.  Burial will follow at Milford Center-Union Township Cemetery, Milford Center, OH.  Please visit www.tiddfuneralservice.com to share your favorite memories of Bill and to send your condolences to the Zeallear Family.
