Wanda Fonner

Wanda Elaine Fonner passed away peacefully on April 8, 2023 in Columbus, Ohio. She was born on July 22, 1930 in Washington Pennsylvania to Lloyd and Ethel (Fine) Fonner.

She was preceded in death by her parents, her brother Elmer Fonner, and granddaughter Sara Laudenschlager. She is survived by her children Joan (Terry) Jones, Jim Laudenschlager, and Jeri Edmiaston.

Wanda was grandmother to 7 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren, she was Aunt to many nieces & nephews. Wanda was a member of the Encourager class at Dublin Baptist Church and looked forward to their visits and newsletters in her later years. She enjoyed walks on the beach, drawing, painting, and collecting animal figurines especially elephants.

A celebration of life will be held at Tidd Family Funeral Home in Hilliard, Oh on April 18th from 5:00pm to 7:00pm.  There will be a private burial at a later date.
