Wanda Jean Brown

Wanda Jean Brown, age 94, of Gahanna, Ohio, passed away on Friday, February 7, 2025.  She was born in New Boston, Ohio, to the late William Moses Stone & Opal Marie Carrington Stone.

Wanda was a member of Northwest Bible Church in Hilliard, Ohio, as well as Twin Valley Baptist Church in Portsmouth, Ohio.  She worked at Sears Tuttle for over 12 years.  She loved to spend her free time playing bingo and doing her daily Bible reads.

She was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Harold Gene Brown, parents, William Moses Stone and Opal Marie Carrington Stone, and her brother, William R. Stone.

Wanda is survived by her children, Cheril D. Lee, Gregory J. Brown, and Deborah S. Hammond, grandchildren, Christina N. Brown, Chucky Hammond, Megan Lee and Madison Lee Moore, great-grandchildren, Ayden Brown, Owen Lee, Emery Jennings, Gideon Moore, JoHanna Moore, Toria McLemore and Trina Smalls.

Wanda will be buried next to her husband at Scioto Burial Park in McDermott, Ohio.
