Vicki S. McClelland

Vicki S. McClelland, age 74, passed away on Friday, October 23, 2026. She was born on September 18, 1952, in Onley, Texas, to the late Ted and Fay Parks.

Vicki was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, sister, and friend whose life was centered around the people she loved most. Nothing brought her greater joy than spending time with her family, especially cheering on her grandchildren at their sporting events. Whether she was sitting on the sidelines or in the stands, Vicki was always one of their biggest supporters, taking great pride in each of their accomplishments. 

She was raised in Palm Springs, California, where she still has many friends that she continued to visit and stay in touch with. Vicki had a special love for gardening and flowers, finding happiness in the beauty of her garden. Vicki also treasured the friendships she built throughout her life, especially the cherished tradition of gathering with her girlfriends on Monday nights, a tradition that continues for many incredible years. Her faith was an incredibly important part of her life, and she found strength, comfort, and fellowship through attending church and bible study. Vicki also enjoyed traveling, particularly visiting baseball games and major league stadiums with her beloved husband Rick, creating wonderful memories along the way.

Above all, Vicki will be remembered for her devotion to her family, her enduring friendships, and the love she shared so freely with those around her. The memories she created and the traditions she cherished will continue to live on in the hearts of all who knew and loved her.

Vicki is survived by her loving husband, Rick McClelland, her children, Cheri Finley and Clayton (Tara) Moore, grandchildren, Hannah, Kayla, Craig, and Tyler Finley, as well as James and Luke Moore, and her sister, Janie (Bob) Foulk.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Ted and Fay Parks, and her son, Corey Moore.

Vicki will be greatly missed by all who had the opportunity to know and love her.

Family invites all to a visitation and funeral service in Vicki's honor. The visitation will be held on Sunday, November 1, 2026, at the TIDD FAMILY FUNERAL HOME, 5265 Norwich Street, Hilliard, Ohio, 43026. Visitation will begin at 12:00PM and end at 3:00PM. The funeral service will be held the following day, Monday, November 2, 2026, at Cypress Church- Alton Darby, held in the student center, 377 Alton Darby Creek Road, Galloway, Ohio, 43119. The funeral service will begin promptly at 11:00AM and we will process to Sunset Cemetery immediately following the service.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Cypress Church-Alton Darby in Vicki's memory.
