Todd Seckerson

Todd S. Seckerson, age 65, of Marysville, Ohio, passed away on July 17, 2026. Todd was born in Columbus, Ohio on August 9, 1960. He grew up in Carroll, Ohio, and graduated from Bloom-Carroll High School.

Family was at the center of Todd’s life. Some of his happiest moments were spent surrounded by his family—during holidays, cookouts, celebrations and ordinary visits. He loved watching his grandchildren grow, making them laugh and simply being present in their lives. Todd had a way of making family gatherings feel lively, welcoming and memorable, and his presence made the people around him feel at home.

Todd will be remembered for his generosity, his larger-than-life personality and his willingness to help anyone who needed him. He brought people together through his humor, hospitality and genuine enjoyment of others.

Known for his outgoing personality, Todd was often the life of the party and truly never met a stranger. He enjoyed fishing, cooking, smoking meat and working the grill—especially when it gave him another reason to gather with family and friends. A natural host and “bartender extraordinaire,” Todd made sure his guests were well-fed, comfortable and always had a drink in hand.

Todd spent more than 30 years in the construction industry. He began his career performing hands-on construction work before moving into sales, where he provided customers with the labor and materials necessary to bring their projects to life. His extensive knowledge of construction was matched by his generosity and willingness to put that knowledge to use for others. Whether the need was professional or personal, Todd was always eager to lend a hand. Over the years, he helped many friends and family members build, repair and improve their homes.

He was a member of Palestine Lodge #158 F. & A.M. in Marysville, Ohio; as well as a proud member of the Aladdin Shriners.

Todd is survived by his wife, Belinda (Lindy) (White) Seckerson, his son, Coby Kellogg (Hayley), and he especially treasured being “Pop-Pop” to his two grandchildren, Quinn Kellogg and Emilia Kellogg. He is also survived by his sister, Brenda Seckerson. He was preceded in death by his parents, Benjamin F. and Barbara A. (Keller) Seckerson.

Family and friends are invited to celebrate Todd’s life on Saturday, September 26, 2026, from 1:00 to 4:00 p.m. at the Grain Wedding & Event Center, 404 South Oak Street, Marysville, Ohio 43040. A brief memorial service will be held from 1:30 to 2:00 p.m. Guests are invited to attend and share memories, food, fellowship, and celebrate Todd’s life.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that memorial contributions be made to Aladdin Shriners Hospital Association for Children.
