Sidney John Stover

Sidney John Stover, age 75, of Galloway, Ohio, passed away on Monday, July 13, 2026. Born in Springfield, Ohio, he was a proud veteran of the United States Army. Sidney was a retired security guard with Anthem Insurance for many years. He was preceded in death by his parents Clifford and Anna Stover, his daughter Stephanie Aviles, granddaughter Harmony, brothers Roger (Pauline) Stover and Jack Stover, niece Melanie, step-son Cory Ferguson, his first wife Audrey Strover, and his second wife Carol Stover.

Sidney is survived by his wife of 20 years, Brenda Stover, son Ernie Stover, grandchildren: Ernesto, Selina, Emiliana, Sofia, Viola and Freya, step-sons: Brandon (Lauren) Ferguson, Bryan (Nicole) Ferguson, George McKenzie, and Richard McKenzie, step-grandchildren: Liberty Ferguson, Lincoln Ferguson, Eva Morales, Cory Ferguson, Reid Ferguson, and his brothers Nelson (Vickie) Stover, and many friends and co-workers.

Family will receive friends from 9:00a.m.-10:00a.m. FRIDAY, JULY 17, 2026 at the TIDD FAMILY FUNERAL HOME, 5265 Norwich Street, Hilliard, OH 43026 (614)-876-1722 where his Funeral Service will follow the visitation and begin at 10:00a.m. FRIDAY.
