Shirley Benjamin

Shirley Ann Benjamin, age 86, of Hilliard, passed away Friday, August 28, 2026.

Shirley was preceded in death by her first husband, Bill Patterson; her second husband, David Benjamin; her daughters, Pamela, Junetta (Nettie), and Larissa; both parents; and numerous siblings.

She is survived by children, Gary, Randy, Jamie, Tammy, Jimmy, Billie, Jackie, Jayde, Jessie, Justina; and devoted granddaughter, Greer. She is also survived by her siblings, Cecil, Dolly, Cisco, and Poncho. Shirley was the proud grandmother of numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

She was like a mom to so many others and will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved her.

Friends may pay their respects on Wednesday, September 2, from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. at Tidd Funeral Home, 5265 Norwich Street, Hilliard, OH 43026; where funeral service will follow at 1 p.m. Followed by a graveside service at Wesley Chapel Cemetery, 3225 Dublin Rd., Hilliard, OH.
