Ruth Leffler

Ruth Lee Leffler (Morris), age 97, of Hilliard, OH, went to Heaven while at home surrounded by her family on October 10, 2026. Born in Webster County, WV to the late William and Flossie Pearl Morris. She moved to Hilliard, OH in 1960. She retired from Sears Distribution after 22 years of service. Ruth was a member of First Baptist Church of Hilliard for many years and later attended The Church Next Door. In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by her eight older siblings, her first husband Julius “Dale” Huffman, her second husband Charles Leffler, nephew Paul Morris, niece Frances and her long-time neighbor Lois Thompson. She is survived by children Roger Huffman, Paul Huffman and Karen (Greg) Wilson, grandchildren Brittany (finance Tyler Fulton) Wilson, Matthew (Meg) Huffman, Olivia Huffman and Charlotte Huffman, 3 great grandchildren, many other loving family members and friends. A graveside service will be held 2pm on Friday, October 16, 2026 at Alton Cemetery, Galloway, OH. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to her favorite charity, Samaritans Purse, PO Box 3000, Boone, NC 28607. “Don’t Forget my coffee with cream!”
