Rosemary T. Schmelzer, 91, peacefully passed on December 26, 2020. Loving wife, mother, grandmother, great-grand mother & sister, Rosemary was born in Greenfield, OH, graduated from South High School, Columbus, and Mount Carmel School of Nursing, Columbus. Preceded in death by her beloved husband, William C. Schmelzer, MD, survived by 6 lovely children, Kurt Schmelzer, Rick (Cathy) Schmelzer, Lieta Schmelzer, Murray (Sue) Schmelzer, Edie Stevenson, Chris Schmelzer. 9 loving grandchildren Kyle (Sarah) Schmelzer, Brooke (Bob) Frontiera, Veronica Schmelzer, Zachary Schmelzer, Laci (Jordan) Gingerich, Victoria Stevenson, Will Stevenson, Morgan Schmelzer, Macy Schmelzer, and 5 great grandchildren, one brother Dr. Rodney B. Thorpe (Dorothy), and many cousins, nieces & nephews.  Rosemary always had a beautiful, warm, glowing smile on, was always happy and positive, had a great sense of humor with amazing wit. She loved her family passionately, and loved her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.  Family will receive friends 2-4 pm Sunday at the TIDD FAMILY FUNERAL HOME, 5265 Norwich St., Hilliard, OH 43026; where funeral service will be held 11 am Monday. Interment Sunset Cemetery.
