Rosalie Randall, age 71, of Hilliard, passed away, Friday, March 19, 2010. She was an avid supporter of ASPCA and the World Wildlife Fund. Preceded in death by husband Gary L. Randall. Survived by mother Clarice Skaggs, loving companion of 29 years, Lewis Boyer, brother Richard Skaggs, nieces Heidi Stahl and Rhonda Wolfe, nephew Brian Skaggs and other loving relatives and friends. Family will receive friends 10-12 pm Saturday, March 27, 2010.
