Ronald Jones

Ronald Lynn Jones, age 64, of Columbus, passed away Thursday, February 16, 2012 at his residence. He was a graduate of Hilliard High School Class of 1966; served in the U.S. Army as a SGT in Vietnam and was owner/operator of Coin Operated Vending. Preceded in death by father Robert E. Jones. Survived by mother Betty C. Jones; children, Mindy Lynn Tate and Daniel (Maria) Jones; siblings, Shirley Jones and Jeff (Carolyn) Jones; grandchildren, Addison Tate, Lucas and Connor Jones; nephews, Tucker Jones, Jess and Hayden Gantz; along with numerous loving relatives and friends. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to The American Heart Association 15120 Collections Center Dr. (15120=Lbx#) Chicago, IL 60693. Family will receive friends Sunday from 2-5 PM at THE TIDD FUNERAL HOME 5265 Norwich St. Hilliard, OH where a funeral service will be held 10 AM on Monday. In keeping with Ronald’s wishes, cremation will take place following services.
