Richard Lee Scott

Richard Lee Scott, age 57, of Hilliard, passed away September 21, 2021. Attended Dublin Baptist Church. Richard was an auto mechanic by trade, he enjoyed working on foreign cars and was formerly employed with George’s Auto in Canton, OH. He was an avid guitarist, enjoyed Bansi plants, the Columbus Zoo, the Buckeyes, the Browns and Indians. Preceded in death by parents Lee and Janet Scott. Survived by 2 daughters he was very proud of Katherine and Nicole Scott, Rick resided with his sister and caregiver Sharon (Jeff) Bourn. Also survived by brother Jeff Scott and sister Debra Finch, 1 grandson, nephew David Bourn, special friends Don and Ruth Mitten and special fur buddy Thor. A private family burial will be held at Green Lawn Cemetery, Columbus, OH. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society.
