Richard Pirtle

Richard Pirtle, age 70, of Hilliard, passed away on November 3, 2022. He was born on May 4, 1952.

Rick enjoyed spending his time with family and friends. He loved visiting Lake Cumberland, camping and boating.  He was known for his excellent wood working skills and had a passion for his toy trains and he loved the Christmas season.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Chuck and Jean Pirtle; and brother, Rob Pirtle.

He is survived by his wife, Melva (Price) Pirtle; children, Mandy (Tim) McDaniel, Jennifer (Jeremy) Lemaster and Rich Pirtle; siblings, Randy Pirtle and Laurie Pirtle; grandchildren, Ryan, Grace, Tamsyn, Alaric, Deckard; and his fur baby, Shelby Joy; along with his nephew, Shawn Pirtle and niece, Dawn Pirtle.

The family will receive friends on Tuesday, November 8, 2022, at the TIDD FUNERAL HOME, 5265 Norwich St., Hilliard, OH 43026, from 11a.m. -1 p.m. where a funeral service will follow at 1 pm with Pastor Eric Mars officiating.
