Richard A. Fortnam

Richard A. Fortnam, age 96, previously residing in Hilliard, OH, lately living in Gibsonia, PA, passed away Tuesday, October 4, 2022.  He previously was a member of Hilliard Presbyterian Church, lately attending the First Presbyterian Church of Bakerstown, PA.  Retired Chief of Piping Planning, after a 40 year career at Limbach Company,  Veteran, U.S. Army, SSgt, World War II, Korean Conflict. 

Preceded in death by his wife, Mary A. Fortnam. 

Survived by son, George W. “Skip” (Susan) Fortnam of Gibsonia, PA; daughters Kathy J. Vujas of Ravenna OH, Cristina L. (Michael) Jacobson of Naples, FL; grandchildren Kristine, Sara, Douglas, Karolyne, Tony, Kaitlin, Veronika; 16 great-grandchildren; and numerous loving relatives and friends. 

Family will receive friends Saturday, October 15^th at TIDD FAMILY FUNERAL HOME, 5265 Norwich Street, Hilliard, OH, where viewing will be held at 9 AM, to be followed by the funeral service at 10 AM with Rev. Katie Kinnison officiating.  Burial will be at Wesley Chapel Cemetery, immediately after the service.
