Regina Krystynak

Regina Krystynak, age 73, of Hilliard, Ohio, passed away on February 11th, 2026

Born on October 31, 1952, in Steubenville, Ohio. She was preceded in death by her mother, Naomi Hutton Cook and her father, Peter Michalak. Regina is survived by Michael Krystynak and daughter, Kelli Krystynak (David Rieth). Her siblings, Marcia Michalak, Linda McAllister (Tom), Stephen Michalak and Leann Cook Wilson and cousins: Tim Sweeney (Kate), Jerry Sweeney (Renee), Paul Sweeney (Tammy), Larry Sweeney (Jennifer), and Colleen Sweeney Hamm (Bob). She is also survived by her nieces and nephews with whom she always had a special bond.

The family would like to thank the nurses, aides and employees at Trueman Pointe Care Center for providing Regina with exceptional care the last three years.

Family will receive friends on Saturday, March 21, 2026 from 11am-12pm at Tidd Funeral Home in Hilliard; where a memorial service will follow at 12pm.

Donations to the Alzheimer’s Association may be made in her memory in lieu of flowers.
