Rebecca Conant

Rebecca Anne "Becker" Conant, age 76, of Hilliard, Ohio, passed away at home peacefully on July 2, 2026. Born in Mt. Vernon, Ohio on June 27, 1950, to the late Carl and Barbara Wolfe, Becker was a graduate of Mt. Vernon High School, Class of 1968. She retired from Battelle Memorial Institute, Purchasing Department after a 30+ year career. Becker was a member of the Hilliard Moose, VFW Post 4931, and the American Legion Post 614, Hilliard, Ohio.

In addition to her parents, Becker was preceded in death by her aunt and uncle Joy and Jim Wolfe. She is survived by her daughters: Kari (Chuck) Holtman and Kisha (Ray Koenig) Conant; her five grandchildren: Josef Pospichel, Tate (Sarah Denes) Pospichel, Kennedy (Henley) Holtman, Ty (Autumn) Conant, and Ethan Conant; her great-grandchildren: Maverick Pospichel and Phoenix Pospichel; and her life-long friend Nancy Jane Tumeo.

Becker spent her lifetime creating wonderful memories for all of us. She never met a stranger, not with that smile of hers! Single-handedly, Becker raised her two daughters and made sure they had everything they needed and used her beautician skills for their wants. She will be sorely missed.

Becker wished to be cremated and her family has held private services.
