Patricia Hinely

Patricia Dolores Hinely, 76, of Galloway, Ohio, entered into glory with her Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, Wednesday, June 25, 2025 surrounded by her loving family. Patricia was born in Aurora, Illinois, on January 10, 1949 to the late Carl I. and Bernice J. (Stombres) Wampach.

Patricia is survived by her husband of 46 years, Aubrey L. Hinely; her children Sean Hinely, Jennifer (Chris) Homoelle, Andy (Krista) Nicholas, Megan (Josh) Yantes; her grandchildren Gabrielle (Patrick) Carson, Lawton Hinely, Isaac (Kali) Homoelle, Eva Homoelle, Adin Homoelle, Eliana Homoelle, Olivia (Kane) Mateer, Noah Nicholas, Aaron Nicholas, Caleb Nicholas, Caroline Yantes, Benjamin Yantes; and great grandchildren, Ellis Homoelle and two more expected by year end.

Patricia was a faithful Christian and long time member of Northwest Bible Church in Hilliard, Ohio. She will be remembered for her gift of hospitality and serving others as she very much enjoyed cooking and providing a place for family and friends to fellowship together. Her specialty, that she learned from her mother, was homemade brisket, pie crusts and chocolate eclairs. She loved attending her grandchildren's sporting, equestrian, dancing, theatrical, and various school events. She cherished spending time with her church small group, dining out, playing cards and traveling to visit family.

She enjoyed the simplicity of life: finding joy in just being with those she loved, rocking on her front porch and taking in the beauty of nature with her husband, phone calls with her beloved cousin, a cup of coffee and cinnamon raisin toast in the morning while reading her Bible. Her comforting presence will be missed by all who loved her.

Family will receive friends from 10-Noon on Tuesday, July 8, 2025 at Northwest Bible Church, 6639 Scioto Darby Creek Road, Hilliard Ohio 43026 with Pastor Cory DiCarro officiating. After the service at Noon burial will follow at 1:30 p.m. at Sunset Cemetery, 6959 West Broad Street, Galloway, Ohio 43119.

In lieu of flowers, friends are asked to consider donations to Alzheimer Association.
