Patricia Creager

Patricia (Pat) Lee Creager, 78, passed away peacefully on May 25, 2025, in Hilliard, Ohio. Born on April 2, 1947, Patricia was a loving mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister, and friend.

Patricia graduated from Hilliard High School in 1965 and furthered her education at Columbus State. Throughout her life, she was known for her kind, thoughtful, and giving nature. An avid crafter, she found joy in sewing and creating beautiful items for her family and friends. Her hobbies also provided a peaceful retreat and a way to express her love and care.

She was the beloved matriarch of a large and loving family. Patricia is survived by her daughter, Tina (Fredrick) Perdue; sons, Robert (Theresa) Creager and Matthew (Shellie) Creager; grandchildren, Chris (Jessica) Frey, Emily Creager (Ryan Blackburn), Fredrick Perdue, Jr., Benjamin (Kristie) Perdue, Millisun Creager, Echo Creager, Kyle Creager, and Ayden Creager; great-grandchildren, Madeline Williams, Aubrey Frey, Avery Frey, Liliana Perdue, Samuel Perdue, Chloe Perdue, Abigail Perdue, and Maddox Blackburn. She also leaves behind her brother, John Byers; sister, Kelly Byers; and numerous nieces and nephews. Patricia's best friend, Rebecca Spencer, and her beloved cat, Ike, will also miss her dearly.

Patricia was preceded in death by her husband, Gary Creager, after 47 years of marriage; her parents, John and Ruth Byers; and her brothers, David, Edward, and Mark Byers.

A graveside memorial service will be held on Tuesday, July 8, 2025, at 10 am at Sunset Cemetery, 6959 W. Broad St., Galloway, Ohio. Patricia's life and legacy will be celebrated by all those she touched with her warmth and generosity.
