Patricia Cook

Patricia Ann Cook, age 68, of Dublin, formerly of Concord Township, passed away January 4, 2017. Patty was an alumni of Shaw High School. Retired from T.R.W. Corporation as a purchasing agent, member of Chagrin Lagoons Yacht Club, avid boater, enjoyed riding motorcycles and treasured spoiling her grandchildren, nieces and nephews. Survived by loving husband of 40 years Bill, children Jenny (Josh) Roberts and Matt (Regina) Cook , sister Sue (Peter) Bases, sister-in-law Ginny, grandchildren Gabrielle, Benjamin, Emma and Samuel, nieces and nephews Jodi, Jessie, Ryan ,Elise and Alex. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to HomeReach Hospice, PO BOX 600001, Columbus, OH 43272. Following Patty’s wishes, cremation has taken place. Private family services only.
