Nancy C. Rutter passed away on December 30, 2024 at age 90.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Oaka and Rosella Belat, and her brother, John Belat.
She is survived by her husband of 72 years, David Rutter, her children, Denise (Mike) Hoover, Barbara (Tom) Quigley, Linda Rutter, Keith Rutter, Diane Rutter and Kathy Smith, grandchildren, Jerry, Shane, Misty, Tony, Cliff, Josh, Heather, Gregory, Jacob, Derek, Danielle and Ryan, as well as 12 great grandchildren.
She will be missed by all who knew and loved her.
