Merle Elaine Brock, age 82, of Hilliard, passed away August 10, 2008. She was a member of Maranatha Baptist Church. Preceded in death by husband, William A. Brock, 1988. Survived by children, Lynn (Donna) Brock; Janice Brock, Gary Brock, Kevin (Melissa) Brock, Jeff (Betsy) Brock and Tim (Allison) Brock; grandchildren, Brian, Steve (Christy), Jennifer, Chris (Liina), Daniel, Nathaniel (Beth), Taylor, Harry, Spencer, Alex, Korbin, Kole and Karsen; great-grandchldren, Abigail, Lewis and Jack; brother Roy (Carol) Johnsen; and special friend Sally. Family will receive friends Wednesday 5-8 PM at THE TIDD FUNERAL HOME 5265 Norwich St in Hilliard. Private family burial at Sunset Cemetery, Galloway. There will be a memorial service Thursday 6:30 PM at Maranatha Baptist Church 4663 Trabue Rd, Columbus OH with Pastor Kevin Brock officiating. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service.
