Mary Carter, age 76, of Hilliard, passed away Sunday, June 16, 2019. Mary loved spending time with her family and friends. Preceded in death by parents Claude and Mary Springer, brother Claude Springer and sister Donna Mae Springer. Survived by loving husband Otis Carter, sons Dave (Lisa) Carter and Doug (Kari) Carter, grandchildren Brittany, Brandon, Blake, Bryce and Jade. Interment Wesley Chapel Cemetery.
