Marjorie Ann Miller

Marjorie Ann Miller, age 81, of Hilliard, passed away on September 14, 2023. She was born on March 21, 1942, in Cincinnati, to the late Ray and Myrtle (Judd) Pelstring.

Margie grew up in Cincinnati with her siblings, and attended the University of Cincinnati, where she received her Bachelor’s Degree. She spent her working life in both Insurance and Real Estate. She was a talented Blue Grass Musician, specializing in playing the guitar. Music was a passion of hers and she enjoyed many different genres. She loved attending all of her grandchildren’s sports activities and was an outdoors girl. She was a social butterfly; always surrounding herself with people and conversations. Giving, Kind Hearted and Friendly were some adjectives to best describe her.

She traveled half the world with her first husband, Victor Miller, and together they had 3 children. She was a military wife to Victor, always supporting his Active Duties.

Cooking was a skill Marjie shared with her family, especially her Yorkshire Pudding. She will be deeply missed by all who had the pleasure of knowing her.

She is survived by her children, Carolyn Miller, Jason (Dorota) Miller and David (Dana) Miller; grandchildren, Jack, Emily, Kora, Alex and Christian; siblings, Robert (Mary Ann) Pelstring, Nona (Peter) Joannides, Jim (Judy) Pelstring, Rosemary (Fred) Harris and Rick (Debbie) Pelstring; and many nieces, nephews and 4 great-nephews.

The family will receive friends on Friday, September 22, 2023, at the TIDD FAMILY FUNERAL HOME, from 4-6 p.m., where a Funeral Service will begin at 6 p.m.
