She graduated from what was Ostrander High School and treasured her longtime friends from there and enjoyed being a cheerleader. She was a long time member of the First Christian Church of Winter Park in Winter Park, Florida, and retired from the Winter Park Towers after 21 years.
She was a great baker and loved making cakes and pies for visiting family. She had a wonderful smile, loved to laugh, and never met a stranger, especially one with a baby or small child. We will miss her love and lively personality forever. A celebration of life memorial service will be held at a later date. A special thanks to the staff of Hilliard Assisted Living and Memory Care and to Capital City Hospice for their help and compassion during this difficult time.
