Elizabeth Vincent

April 21, 1968 — May 20, 2024

Margaret Elizabeth Vincent, beloved mother, sister, daughter, and friend to many, passed away on May 20, 2024, at the Columbus Alzheimer’s Care Center in Ohio, surrounded by love. She was born on April 21, 1968, in Indianapolis, Indiana, to her parents Jack Wayne Fisher and Kathryn Allen Costanzo. Elizabeth was a beautiful soul whose warm spirit and kind heart touched the lives of all who knew her.

Elizabeth’s journey through life was one of courage and resilience. She faced challenges with grace and strength. She battled frontotemporal dementia and aphasia with unwavering determination, grace, and dignity.

Elizabeth leaves behind a legacy of love and compassion. She is survived by her three children: Carmen, Quinn, and Adam Vincent, who were the light of her life. She also leaves behind her sister Kathryn Neilson and her mother Kathryn Allen Costanzo, who shared in her joys and sorrows throughout her life. Her father, Jack Wayne Fisher, preceded her in death.

Elizabeth was married to Reverend Rich Vincent from 1995 to 2020, and together they built a life supporting their children and church. She was a devoted mother, a cherished friend, and a pillar of strength for her family. Her children's successes and happiness were her greatest achievements, and she supported them wholeheartedly in all their endeavors.

A woman of many talents, Elizabeth pursued her education, earning a Bachelor of Science in Recreation from Indiana University in 1991. She embarked on a diverse career path, from modeling in Paris at 16 to working in book publishing, teaching, and excelling in IT sales. Her ambitious drive, impressive work ethic, and independent spirit shone through in all her endeavors, inspiring those around her to believe in their own abilities and drive.

In her community, Elizabeth was known for her love of gardening and the outdoors. She tended to the gardens at Immanuel UCC in West Bend, Wisconsin. Her hobbies included watching documentaries, indulging in British mystery shows, and cuddling with her beloved soul pets, cat Clipsy and dog Mimi. She found joy in simple pleasures and cherished moments spent with loved ones.

Elizabeth’s empathy and compassion were unmatched. She instilled in her children the values of independence, ambition, and kindness, guiding them with the belief that "everything is figure-outable." Her spirit of curiosity and wonder inspired those around her to embrace life with open hearts and open minds.
