Madeline O'Connor

Madeline O’Connor, of Hilliard, OH, passed away peacefully at her residence on November 17, 2021. She was a graduate of Mynderse Academy, Seneca Falls, NY. She retired from The Ohio State University in Workers Comp and Unemployment Comp as head of department and member of St. Thomas Moore Newman Center. Madeline was a member of Silver Sneakers, The Guppies and a strong advocate in politics.  Preceded in death by husband John “Jack” O’Connor, sons Michael and John O’Connor, grandsons Garrett Ruston and Lane Michael Dahnke. Survived by children Nancy O’Connor-Ryerson, Joseph (Jane) O’Connor, Madeline Brown, Brian O’Connor, Pamela (Steve) Hogan, Matthew R. O’Connor and Heather (Bret) Speaks, many loving grandchildren, great grandchildren, relatives and friends. Please join family in a Celebration of Life Sunday, November 21, 2021 from 2-4 pm at the TIDD FAMILY FUNERAL HOME, 5265 Norwich St., Hilliard, OH 43026; a prayer to follow at 4 pm.
