Lisa Maryee Wade

Lisa Maryee (Fortney) Wade, 64, of Hilliard Ohio. Passed away September 7, 2022. Lisa was a life-long resident of Hilliard and graduated Class of 1976. She was born in Columbus, OH March 4, 1958 to the late Henry Clay and Fern Adele (Zimmerman) Fortney.

She is preceded in death by her siblings Doug Fortney and Linda (Fortney) Boyd. Along with her father-in- law Harry Wade.

She is survived by her husband of 46 years, Kevin Wade, and their 4 children. Ryan (Tiffany) Wade of Chillicothe, OH, Regan Wade (Rob Hall) of Hilliard, OH, Katie (Jon) Miller of Hilliard, OH, Randee (Hannah) Wade-Rieser of Hilliard, OH.  She was Granny to the 8 wonders of her world, Abbee, Trent, Sydnee (Ryan), Chance and Taitum (Regan), Payten and Rhett (Katie) and Dax (Randee).  She is survived by her sisters Kris (Chuck) Brown, Kim (Doug) Butt and Rick (Connie) Fortney. Also her brother-in-law Jerry (Michele) Wade. Also lovingly known as "CeCe" to her many nieces and nephews.

Lisa and Kevin were high school sweethearts. It's Hilliard where they made their home. She was known and loved by many. She was an amazing woman with a heart of gold. She would do anything for anyone. She was a fighter. Lisa loved nothing more than being a housewife. In the loving home where they raised their 4 kids, you could also find many friends and family. She will forever be known for her quick wit and non-filtered mouth.  She will be loved and missed by all those that had the privilege of knowing her.
