Linda Hamilton

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of our sweet mom, grandma and great grandma, Linda Hamilton, age 84, on October 20, 2025, surrounded by her loving family as she was called home to be with the Lord.

Linda is survived by her loving children Len (Peggy)Limbacher, Karen (Ken) Perdew of Hilliard Ohio, Her brothers Clifford (Nancy) Hamilton of Penn Yan NY, Gary Pint of Erin NY and sister Lorraine Perry (Pint) of Horseheads NY along with her cherished grandchildren, Greg (Danielle) Limbacher, Ryan Limbacher, Lauren (Jon) Kanavel, Tyler Tremaine (Jessica Willison) and Matthew (Katelin) Tremaine; and her cherished great-grandsons, Liam, Aiden, and Sean Limbacher and many loving nieces, nephews and cousins.

She was predeceased by her parents Clifford and Virginia (Berwick) Hamilton, her brother and sister-in-law Thomas and Kathy Hamilton and nephew Jamie Hamilton.

Linda was a 1959 graduate of Southside High School in Elmira NY. She worked for many years as a dental assistant for Dr. Shepson in Elmira Heights and then at the Guthrie Clinic until her retirement.

Linda was a true social butterfly who brought joy to every gathering. She loved hosting family get-togethers and parties, creating memories filled with laughter, love, and warmth. Her home was always open to anyone and everyone. Her generous heart, infectious smile, and unwavering love for her family will be deeply missed and forever remembered.

Family and friends are invited to calling hours at Tidd Funeral Home, 5265 Norwich Street, Hilliard, Ohio, on Wednesday October 29th from 3:00 - 4:30 with a prayer service to follow at 4:30.

Linda will be taken to Elmira NY for a family Burial on Monday, November 10, with a celebration of life after. Details for this will be provided by the family when they are determined.
