Linda Bundy

Linda Bundy, age 83, passed away on Tuesday, April 14, 2026.  She was born on July 8, 1942, in Toronto, Ohio, to the late Francis and Loretta (Reman) Tompkins.

In November of 1958, Linda went on her first date with Hugh, from then on, he became the love of Linda's life and together they celebrated 62 years of marriage. Linda graduated with a Bachelors in Education from Kent State in 1965 and soon transitioned to being a full time Mom for her children Glenn and Julie. As the years went by, Linda put her passion to work teaching a new generation at Alvarado Elementary School in Albuquerque, and joining the artistic community of New Mexico. Art became the focus of her life, rivaled only by her dedication to her grandchildren.

She is preceded in death and off to join her parents Francis and Loretta Tompkins and her daughter Julie Elizabeth Meadows.

Linda's light lives on in her husband Hugh, her son Glenn, and her grandchildren Hayden, Cameron, Alex, Aiden, and Olive.

Family invites you to a visitation and funeral service to celebrate Linda's life on Saturday, April 25, 2026, at the Tidd Family Funeral Home, 5265 Norwich Street, Hilliard, Ohio, 43026. The visitation will start at 12:00PM and end at 2:00PM for the funeral service to begin immediately after at 2:00PM.
