Lester Lindsay

Lester Lindsay, age 86, passed away Friday, September 16, 2016 at Kobacker House Hospice in Columbus, OH. Proudly served in the U.S. Army in the Korean War. Retired as a brakeman from B&O Railroad. He was an avid fisherman and enjoyed watching football, especially the OSU Buckeyes. Preceded in death by wife of 60 years, Erma; daughter, Deborah Lindsay; 10 brothers and sisters. Survived by daughter, Cyndee (George) Thomas; grandchildren, Mark (Ashley) Herold and Georganne (David) Wisner; great grandsons who were the light of his life, Noah and Solomon; brother, Clark Lindsay; numerous nieces, nephews, and many friends; special granddog, Max. All services will be private. Family requests that memorial contributions be directed to OhioHealth Hospice in Lester's honor. Arrangements with the Tidd Family Funeral Home and Crematory.
