Larry Earman

Larry Joseph Earman, age 74, of Hilliard, passed away May 29, 2022 following a long battle with cancer. Larry showed his love and pride for the community through his involvement and service. Larry was a Norwich Township Trustee, where he was Vice Chairman and former Chairman. He was a founding partner of Earman and Wood CPAs, did pro-bono accounting work, and was the treasurer for multiple political campaigns, PACs and community organizations. Larry was a member of Hilliard Area Chamber of Commerce; where he was former President and Treasurer, Kiwanis Club, Hilliard Education Foundation; where he was former President, and Hilliard Hollyfest Foundation; where he was Treasurer. Larry was a former Hilliard City Schools Board Member and President, former Scioto Ridge United Methodist Church Administrative Board President, former Director of the Franklin County Fair Board, and former Treasurer of the Ohio Pony of the Americas Club. Larry was the recipient of numerous awards such as the Galbreath Award for Outstanding Service to Community, and Small Business Award from Family Business Center. Preceded in death by parents Stanley Earman and Doris Schleiger.  Survived by loving wife of 53 years Linda, daughters Lisa (Tim) Wood and Laura (Stephen) Galbreath, grandchildren Emma and Sydney Wood, Madeleine and Griffin Galbreath, mother-in-law Doris Provost, brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law Robert and Kaye Provost, Charles and Deb Provost, many nieces, nephews and a host of friends. Family will receive friends Friday, June 3, 2022 from 2-4 pm and 6-8 pm at the TIDD FAMILY FUNERAL HOME, 5265 Norwich St., Hilliard, OH 43026; where a memorial service will be held Saturday, June 4, 2022 at 11 am.
