Joseph M. (Joe) Kuntz

Joseph M. (Joe) Kuntz passed from his earthly life on January 3, 2022.  He was born May 30, 1928, in Cleveland, OH to Matt and Marie (Crawford) Kuntz.

He taught and worked at the University of Detroit, the University of Michigan, DeVry University Columbus, Ohio, the Ohio Reformatory for Women, and London Correctional Institute. 

He is survived by his sister, Anne Platt, and by her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren. 

He was a loving and devoted son, brother, and uncle.  He will be greatly missed by his family and those who knew him. 

Funeral arrangements are being handled by the Tidd Funeral Home in Hilliard, Ohio.  A funeral Mass will be held at St. Mary Catholic Church, 82 E. William Street, Delaware, OH 43015 on Friday, January 14, 2022.  Visitation will be at the church at 10:30 am, 30 minutes prior to Mass at 11 am.  Inurnment will follow Mass at the church cemetery.
