John P. Tighe

John P. Tighe, age 81, died Monday, July 25, 2022. He was born in Queens, NY and had lived in Warren, NJ and Upper Arlington, Ohio before moving back to Ohio to live in Dublin, Ohio. A former senior partner at Deloitte for his entire 42 years, he worked in the New York and Columbus, Ohio offices. While living in Ohio, John was a parishioner of St. Brendan the Navigator Catholic Church and a parishioner of Our Lady of the Mount while living in New Jersey. He was preceded in death by his beloved wife of 44 years, Joyce Tighe and his son Michael Tighe. John is survived by his daughter Karyn Frederick and her husband Carl of Maineville, Ohio, his son James Tighe and his wife Jennifer of Hilliard, Ohio and his daughter-in-law Andrea Tighe of Galena, Ohio. Also surviving are his nine grandchildren: Kaity, Mackenzie and Hayden Frederick and Charlie, Andrew, Ellie, Maggie, Alex and Gabe Tighe.

Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated 10:30a.m. WEDNESDAY, AUGUST 3, 2022 at ST. BRENDAN THE NAVIGATOR CATHOLIC CHURCH, 4475 Dublin Road, Hilliard, OH 43026 with Father Frank Brown, Celebrant. Family burial will be held later at Holy Cross Cemetery, Basking Ridge, NJ.
