John Brunicardi

John Oreste Brunicardi, beloved husband, family member, friend and respected real estate professional, passed away on August 13, 2026, at the age of 52.

John was born on January 6, 1974. He attended high school in Bryan, Ohio, before continuing his education at The Ohio State University and Capital University Law School in Columbus, Ohio. He was the proud owner and operator of Oreste Realty, LLC, the real estate brokerage he built through his hard work, determination, and commitment to those he served. His career was an important part of his life, and he took great pride in building a business of his own.

John loved his yearly Outer Banks beach vacations, and spending time in Hocking Hills.

John will be remembered not only for his professional accomplishments, but for the person he was to the people who loved him. He leaves behind a legacy of love, memories, and the many lives he touched throughout his life.

He is survived by his wife, Suzanne; his three brothers, Anthony (Kelly), Mario (Shelley), and Brad (Christina); his mother, Sharon; and his mother-in-law, Sheila Olszewski, as well as several nieces, nephews, dear friends, and extended family members.

He was proceeded in death by his father, Rusty; his father-in-law, Wally Olszewski; and several cherished and beloved pets.

He will deeply be missed and forever remembered by all who had the privilege of knowing and loving him.

In honor of John’s memory, the family kindly requests that donations be made to local animal shelters or rescue organizations, or that acts of volunteer service be given in his name. Supporting and caring for animals was a cause that reflects the compassion and kindness he showed throughout his life.
