Janice Penn

Janice (Tillman) Penn, age 82, of Hilliard, passed away December 18, 2019. Graduate of Hilliards High School Class of 1955. Preceded in death by parents Charles and Lillian (Lewis) Tillman, first husband Robert H. Overbaugh, sisters Mary Alice Tillman and Helen Barnes, aunt and uncle Iva and George Tillman. Survived by children Nancy Hurst, Bob (Beth) Overbaugh, Karen Pollard, Janet (Chris) Woodyard, Rick (Amy) Overbaugh, Janis “Dee” Overbaugh and Brian (Amanda) Pierce, brothers Al Tillman, Bill Tillman, twin sister Janet (Otie) Blankenship, 13 grandchildren, 4 great grandchildren, numerous loving relatives and friends. Following Janice’s wishes cremation has taken place and there will be no formal services.
