Jacklyn Griffith-Forney

Jacklyn Griffith-Forney, age 60, of Columbus, passed away January 2, 2017. Employed with Primary Care Services Incorporated as Director of Nursing. Jacky loved spending time with her family and helping raise her grandchildren. She was an avid outdoor person and enjoyed road trips. Preceded in death by parents Juanita and Donald Britton, father Chester Griffith, grandson Dennis Sampson and sister Bonnie. Survived by loving husband Ken, children Juanita (James) Tanner, Heather Billingsley, Kenneth Williams and Nyssa (Chris) Browning, grandchildren Jourdan, Wesson, Carter, Hannah, Holly, Dillin, Mariah, Isaiah and Mckenzie, 7 stepchildren, 20 step grandchildren, 3 great grand stepchildren, 4 sisters, 2 brothers and many loving relatives and friends. Family will receive friends 10-11 am Friday at the TIDD FAMILY FUNERAL HOME WITH CREMATORY, 5265 Norwich St., Hilliard, OH 43026; where funeral service will follow at 11 am.
