Irene H. Spradlin

Irene H. Spradlin, a long-time resident of Hilliard, OH, passed on Wednesday, January 31, 2024.  Born March 21, 1935 in Ligon, KY to the late Duran and Nancy (Bently) Hamilton, Irene was also preceded in death by her husband John Scott Spradlin, son Samuel Scott Spradlin, daughter-in-law Karen Spradlin, sisters Alice Caudill, Mae Lucas and Sylvia Johnson, brothers Quiller, Herold, Warren, Tracy and Delmar Hamilton. Irene retired after 35 years working at General Motors in Columbus, OH.  She resided at the Inn at Olentangy Trail Memory Center for the past year and recently resided at Worthington Christian Skilled Nursing Center following a recent surgery.  Of the Baptist faith, Irene attended the Shining Light Church in Hilliard for many years.

Family will receive friends from 10:30a.m.-11:30a.m. TUESDAY, FEBRUARY 6, 2024 at the TIDD FAMILY FUNERAL HOME, 5265 Norwich Street, Hilliard, OH 43026 (614)-876-1722 where her Funeral Service will follow the visitation and begin at 11:30a.m. TUESDAY with Pastor Phil Conrad, officiating.  Interment will follow the service at Sunset Cemetery, Galloway, OH.
