Frank Chasar

Frank John Chasar, 74, of Dublin, went to Heaven to join his son John, on Thursday, October 23, 2025, passing peacefully with his family by his side. Frank graduated from Mayfield Heights High School Class of 1969, and The Ohio State University in 1972, he received his M.B.A from Case Western Reserve. He was an avid golfer, loved sports, especially the Buckeyes, and all the Cleveland teams, Frank also enjoyed traveling, hiking and watching sports with his family.

He is preceded in death by parents Anthony and Josephine, in-laws George and Helen Dorko, son John Chasar (2015), and uncle Bob and aunt Fran Lawler.

Frank is survived by his loving wife of 52 years Helen, daughter Ann Marie (John) Farrauto, sister Charlotte Brown, his beloved grandsons Dominic, Vincent, Antonio, and many loving relatives, and friends.

The family will receive friends TUESDAY, October 28, 2025, from 5-7:30pm, at the TIDD FAMILY FUNERAL HOME, 5265 NORWICH ST., HILLIARD, OH, 43026. Mass of Christian Burial will be WEDNESDAY, 11:00AM, at St. Brendan The Navigator Catholic Church, 4475 Dublin Road, Hilliard, OH, 43026. Please wear Buckeye, Browns or favorite sport gear to the viewing.
