Elizabeth “Liz” Ann Roesch Smals, August 8, 1933 – April 30, 2020, Born and raised in Columbus, Ohio, raised her four children and retired in Hilliard, Ohio, before moving to Florida where she passed away peacefully in her sleep among the angels of Trustbridge Hospice. Preceded in ever-lasting life with our Lord, by her husband, Don P. Smals, Sr. and son, Garold A. Todd, living children, Saundra Todd-Williams (Ronald), Lisa Todd-Kearns (Jeff), David Todd (Shelly), step-children, many grandchildren and great grandchildren. Until we meet again.
