Cynthia Rowe

Cynthia Darlene Rowe, age 65, of Ashley, Ohio passed away December 8, 2018 at her residence. Preceded in death by parents Charles and Mary (Dawson) Nolty and sister Crystal Nolty. Survived by husband of 35 years, Jack, children Tamara Neill, Brian (Teresa) Neill, Jim Rowe, Joyce (Dawna) Rowe, Jackie Sowers and Brian Rowe, siblings Ed (Shirley) Nolty and Cherrie (Dale), grandchildren Anthony, Kaitlyn (Dylan Saad), Eric, Adam, Carter, Brody, Sammy, Jamie, William, Chris, Jon and many loving extended family and friends. Family will receive friends 5-7 pm Thursday at the TIDD FAMILY FUNERAL HOME, 5265 Norwich St., Hilliard, OH 43026; where funeral service will be held 11 am Friday. Interment Wesley Chapel Cemetery.
