Cecilia Dunasky

In loving memory of Cecilia E. Dunasky, age 85, of Norwich Township, OH, who passed away October 1, 2026.Cecilia was a loving mother, grandmother, sister, aunt and friend whose greatest joy in life was her family. Family always came first, and she cherished every moment spent with the people she loved. She was blessed with many friends and had a wonderful gift for making connections with everyone she met. She would talk to anyone, never meeting a stranger, and her warm and caring personality made everyone feel comfortable and welcome. Her home was a place of warmth, laughter, and love, and she had a special way of making everyone feel cared for and included. Above all, she treasured her family and the time they shared together, creating memories that will be cherished forever.Born in Cleveland, OH, to the late Louis and Emelia Biro. She was preceded in death by her sisters, Louise Koprek and Marcella Barton.Cecilia is survived by her loving husband of 66 years, John; son, Jeffery (Anita) Dunasky; daughter, Laura Dunasky; grandchildren, Matthew (Zoe) Dunasky, Olivia Dunasky, and Abigail Dunasky; sisters, Dolores Bessey and Rita (Daniel) Keough; and her beloved grandpups, Layla, Stanley, and Nala.Cecilia was a longtime parishioner of St. Brendan the Navigator Catholic Church.Private family funeral services will be held, with interment at Wesley Chapel Cemetery, Hilliard, OH.Memorial contributions may be made to Mid-Ohio Food Collective, 3960 Brookham Dr., Grove City, OH 43123, or St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
