Carolyn Brown List

Carolyn Brown List, age 78, passed away Sunday, January 22, 2017 after battling cancer. A longtime resident of Worthington, Ohio, she was born in Woodsfield, Ohio to the late Archie and Zelda Brown. Survived by her longtime partner George Elsass, sons Chris (Tamara) List and Patrick (Susan Wright) List, and grandsons Steven and Zachary List. Graduate of Woodsfield High School, Class of 1956 and Ohio University, Class of 1960. She retired after 25 years of dedicated service with Columbus Public Schools. She was a member of the Worthington Historical Society, the Worthington Women’s Club and CEA-R. A private memorial service will be held at a later date.
