Brad Spitzer

June 21, 1961 — February 20, 2026

Bradley Allen Spitzer passed away on Friday, February 20th, shortly after 9:00 PM while visiting a lovely vineyard with his wife in Canton, Ohio. He is survived by his wife, Alcy Spitzer, and the two were feeling blessed and looking forward to celebrating their 44th wedding anniversary on February 21st. Bradley is also survived by his sister Candace Knight (husband Kevin and daughter Addison), his siter-in-law Jessica Spitzer (daughter Isabella), his only daughter Brandy Fisher (her husband Matthew), his granddaughter Mira, and was anticipating the arrival of his second granddaughter, Fiona, due in August of this year. He was preceded in death by his mother, Beverly, younger brother, Christopher, and father, Dave.

Brad was many things to many people. He was a successful leader and entrepreneur. He co-founded the IT consulting company, 3X Corporation, and served as President and CEO for over 17 years, during which he and his partners grew the business to over 200 employees, spanning multiple states. Even after he closed the company, he kept in touch with colleagues that had become friends, a trend he continued until his death, gathering colleagues and friends at every company lucky enough to employ him and tap into his wealth of knowledge and expertise.

Brad was a man of faith. He attended and had been a member of Scioto Ridge United Methodist Church since 1994. He sang in the choir for many years and he and his daughter, Brandy, traveled to Mexico with the Missions team multiple times to build houses and work with the church in Nuevo Progresso.

Brad valued family. Taking care of family and planning for the future was always a major focus of his. He was thrilled to become “Abuelo” (grandfather) 16 years ago and was overjoyed to find out he would be getting a second granddaughter in August of this year.

He valued hard work and integrity. To quote a dear friend, “When Brad entered the room, he made everyone in that room a better person.” He did this by exemplifying these values and holding those in his company to the same high expectations.

Brad was, is, and will always be loved. The family asks that in lieu of flowers, you may donate to Scioto Ridge United Methodist Church.

Family will receive friends on Saturday, February 28, 2026 from 1pm-4pm at the TIDD FUNERAL HOME, 5265 Norwich St., Hilliard, OH 43026; where a memorial service will follow at 4pm.
