Bernice N. Danison

Bernice Nadine (Milstead) Danison, beloved wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother, and aunt age 93, passed away peacefully in her home on June 16th,2025. Bernice was the daughter of the late Fred and Loa Milstead. She was proceeded in death by her brother Marvin Milstead and husband Walter (Dugan) Danison. 

Born in South Solan, OH, and graduated from Washington Court House High School. She was a cheerleader, band member and Future Homemakers (Historian). She received an award for never missing a day of school for twelve straight years. She had a love of serving others in her community and had a special place in her heart for taking care of elderly people. She had a passion for babysitting and caring for children over the years. She loved to stay active by playing softball, dancing, horse back riding and found pleasure in traveling and playing the piano.

Bernice was married to Walter (Dugan) Danison for 25 years until his passing and leaves behind a legacy of family and cherished memories. She is survived by her 4 children, George (Lori) Robbins, Les (Debbie) Robbins, Eddy (Brenda) Robbins, Tyra (Tom) Brown. Stepson (Danny Beaudry- deceased) 2 Nieces and 2 Nephews, Marlon Milstead (deceased), Becky (Larry) Taylor, Pam (Tom) Bailey, Jeff (Sandy) Milstead. She was a proud grandmother to 7, Adam (Sarah)-deceased Robbins, Shannon (Jason)-deceased Begley, Breanna Rowland, Noah (Katrina) Robbins, (Haley Beaudry – deceased), Colton (Emily) Brown, Cori Robbins. Bernice was a doting great-grandmother to 8, Jayden Begley, Riley Begley, Berklee Rowland, Rhys Rowland, Bryce Begley, Grace Brown, Damien Robbins, Diana Robbins

Services will be held at TIDD FAMILY FUNERAL HOME, 5265 Norwich Street, Hilliard, OH 43026. FRIDAY, June 20th, 2025, Calling hours are from 10:00am to 12:00pm. A short service will follow at noon. Graveside service is at Wesley Chapel Cemetery immediately afterwards.
